“THE CHEAT SHEET”
For the three tests and the final exam you may prepare a “cheat sheet” which you can use for reference during these tests. There are no cheat sheets for quizzes. Here are the rules for these sheets.
1)	For the three tests during the semester you must use a 3”x5” card, on ONE side only. For the final exam you must use a standard piece of 8.5”x11” paper, on ONE side only.
2)	Your name must be PRINTED on the back side of the sheet, near the top.
3)	Anything on the page must be in your OWN handwriting. (No photocopies, no scotch-tape, no staples, no word processed documents, no one else may write it for you.)
4)	You must give me this sheet during the class period before the test. I will give it back to you while you take the test. If you do not give it to me in advance then you may not use any notes during the test.
5)	No magnifying glasses allowed.
