Our Mission

The purpose of the CSSA is to provide a social outlet for students who are enthusiastic about hacker culture, computer science, mathematics, and engineering. We encourage a stress-free environment that promotes peer-to-peer learning outside the classroom by offering tech talks, project nights, movie nights, and other hack-tastic events.

Where We Meet

Formal events and live CSSA tech talks are held in rm. 367, Votey Hall (Every Thursday @ 7:00PM). Members of the CSSA regularly hang out in our ‘Hacker Lab’ located in rm. 252, second floor Votey Hall (UVM Campus). There’s usually at least one hacker in there (at all hours, weekends included) so please stop by!
