Our Mission is:

• To foster a commitment to educational, personal and scientific excellence in all our students, with an emphasis on our underrepresented student population, by leveraging a strong support system based in our undergraduate and graduate programs, our faculty, staff, and administrators, as well as in our alumni, corporate partners, and community leaders

Our Goals are:

• To increase the number, and improve the retention and graduation rates of multicultural and women students in engineering, computer science and mathematics
• To promote student professional development by providing opportunities and encouragement to participate in activities that enhance their professional, scientific and leadership capabilities
